摘要
本文以西门子S7-200PLC为主控制器,通过EM235模拟量模块,完成对水箱液位和温度的测量。通过PLC内部的PID算法输出控制加热器的通断,实现温度的控制。通过对液位的PID运算,模拟量输出给三菱FR-E540变频器,通过相应参数的设置,实现水泵电机的调速控制,从而实现液位的自动控制。整个设计过程中,以维纶触摸屏作为人机交互的界面,完成变频器参数和温度、液位预设值的设定,并实时显示参数变化。
The control system is based on Siemens controller S7-200 PLC.By EM235 analog module, measuring the water level and temperature.Through the PLC internal PID algorithm output control heater to control the temperature. By PID operation, the analog output to the Mitsubishi FR-E540 inverter, by setting the appropriate parameters to achieve speed control of the pump motor in order to achieve the level of automatic control.Throughout the design process, WEINVIEW touch screen as human-computer interaction interface, complete set inverter parameters and temperature, level presets, and real-time display parameters.
