600MW机组间接空冷塔动力结构特性分析

摘要 以某电厂600MW机组间接空冷塔为例,采用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立间接空冷塔整体结构有限元模型,对其整体稳定性进行分析,并对地震荷载进行计算模拟,得到塔筒、X支柱及环基等构件在地震作用下的动位移、动应力及轴力和弯矩等参数,可为下一阶段的结构设计提供依据。 Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software, the finite element model of indirect air-cooling tower for 600 MW unit in some thermal power plant was built. Make an analysis of the whole stability, and make calculation and simulation of the seismic load, through which the displacement, the internal force distribution, the axial force and bending moment of tower shell, X-type diagonal and annular plate foundation were gained, whose results could provide a guidance for similar structure design.
