摘要
风荷载是间接空冷塔承受的主要荷载,对大型间接空冷塔的结构设计影响尤为重大.塔筒加肋可以增加其表面的粗糙度,有效降低风压分布系数,从而减小塔筒、支柱及环基的内力,进而减少钢筋和混凝土量.工程实践发现,间接空冷塔塔筒加肋对结构工程量的影响与外界基本风压相关.结合某工程实例,量化分析塔筒加肋和无肋2种结构形式下间接空冷塔结构塔体不同部位受力特性及配筋量、塔筒局部稳定性,为间接空冷塔的结构设计提供理论依据,并为其他工程提供参考.
The wind pressure,one of primary loads of the indirect air cooling tower,is particularly important for the structural design of large-scale cooling tower.Owing to the strengthening ribs,the external surface roughness of the shell is increased,while the distribution coefficient of wind pressure and the internal forces of tower structures,including shell,pillar and the circular foundation,are reduced.In practice,it is found that the effect of strengthening ribs on the quantity of tower's structural engineering is related to the basic wind pressure;some characteristic parameters of the indirect air cooling tower with strengthening ribs,are calculated,analyzed and compared with those ordinary towers.The results provides a theoretical basis for design of indirect air cooling tower structure,and a valuable reference for the other projects.
