摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高,饮食结构的变化,泌尿系统结石已经成为泌尿外科最常见的疾病之一。输尿管结石是其中的一种,其中大多数结石发生在输尿管下段,治疗方法包括等待观察、药物排石治疗、体外冲击波碎石、输尿管镜钬激光碎石术,及输尿管切开取石术等。相对于其他治疗方法,药物排石治疗具有安全、有效、花费较低等优势,其中又以α1肾上腺素能受体阻滞剂为代表,其使用可以明显提高结石的排出率、缩短结石的排出时间、减少止痛剂的使用量。
With the improvement of the human condition and environment, urinary stones has become one of the most common diseases in urinary system.And the most urinary stones often occur at the lower ureter. As the technology advanced, we can treat urinary stones by medical expulsive treatment （MET） , extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, surgery therapy. Compared to other methods of treatment, MET has safe, effective, low cost and other advantages. As one of MET, α1 adrenergic receptor blocker can significantly improve stone expulsion rate, shorten the stones discharge time, reduce the use of analgesics.Now we summary the application of α1 adrenergic receptor blocker in the treatment of lower ureteral stones.
