摘要 输尿管结石是泌尿外科常见疾病.目前其治疗手段主要包括等待观察、药物排石、体外冲击波碎石、输尿管镜手术、经皮肾镜手术、腹腔镜手术和输尿管切开取石手术。等待观察虽然简单经济,但其仅适用于结石较小的输尿管结石患者。一般认为,
