摘要
胰腺损伤救治中,应注意以下几个重要问题:胰腺损伤的定位判断;提高早期诊断的方法与手段;胰腺损伤的准确分级;针对不同分级的胰腺损伤采取相应的处置方式。并不是所有类型的胰腺损伤都需要手术治疗,在重型胰腺损伤的手术处置中,对胰腺全程探查十分重要;可以使用胰管桥接法治疗胰腺断裂;应重视胰管断端的正确寻找技巧。
In the treatment of pancreatic trauma,several important issues should be paid attention to,including the judgment of pancreatic trauma site,methods to improve the accuracy of early diagnosis,grading of the injury and appropriate treatment to different grade of pancreatic injury.Not all kinds of pancreatic trauma need operation.In severe pancreatic trauma surgery,the exploration of the whole pancreas is very important.The bridge method can be used in the treatment of pancreatic duct transection,and the right searching skills to the pancreatic duct stump should be emphasized.
