摘要
基于复杂性理论(Complexity Theory)和动态能力理论(Dynamic Capability Theory),根据对来自中国企业的130个样本进行统计分析,研究结果得出,环境动态性和竞争性对探索式学习、利用式学习及这两种组织学习方式的平衡有显著影响,并且存在不同的作用效果。研究提供了新的视角探讨不同的环境特征对探索式学习、利用式学习及两种学习方式平衡的影响。
Based on Complexity Theory and Dynamic Capability Theory,this study discussed the effect of Environmental Dynamics and Environmental Competitiveness on Exploratory Learning,Exploitative Learning and the balance between Exploratory and Exploitative Learning. One hundred and thirty samples from Chinese companies were gathered and the statistical analysis result demonstrated that Environmental Dynamics and Environmental Competitiveness had significant and different effect on Exploratory Learning,Exploitative Learning and the balance between Exploratory and Exploitative Learning. This study provides new insights in the filed of organizational learning about how different environmental characteristics influence explorative and exploitative learning and the balance between them.
