摘要
从爬山虎叶中提取天然色素,通过正交试验及单因素分析讨论了提取温度、时间、料液比、乙醇用量对提取效果的影响,以及染色温度、染色时间、浴比对真丝绸染色效果的影响。测试了织物的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度。结果表明,爬山虎叶色素提取的优化工艺:提取剂中乙醇30%,温度90℃,时间80 min,料液比1:30;爬山虎叶提取液直接染丝绸的优化工艺:温度70℃,时间85 min,浴比1:40;媒染可提高染色真丝绸的色牢度,染色真丝绸的耐皂洗和耐摩擦色牢度均可达到服用要求。
The natural dye was extracted from the leaves of parthenocissus tricuspidata plach. The influ- ence of extraction temperature, extraction time, solid to liquid ratio and ethanol concentration on extraction and dyeing temperature, dyeing time and liquor ratio on silk dyeing were discussed by orthogonal test and sin- gle-factor experiments. And the soaping and rubbing colorfastness of dyed silk fabric was tested. The opti- mum extraction conditions were as follows: extracting at 90℃ for 80 min, solid to liquid ratio was 1 : 30 and 30% ethanol as an extraction solvent. The optimum dyeing technological conditions were as follows: dyeing at 70℃ for 85 min, and liquor ratio was 1:40. Furthermore, mordant dyeing could effectively improve the color- fastness of dyed silk fabric, and the soaping and rubbing colorfastness met the serviceability of the textile.
