茉莉酸甲酯对半夏试管块茎形成的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以半夏为试材,将不同浓度的茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)添加于MS培养基中,研究MJ对半夏不同外植体直接诱导试管小块茎的作用。结果表明:添加适宜浓度的MJ均能显著提高外植体诱导试管小块茎的分化,最佳浓度为10^(-5) mol·L^(-1);添加MJ对3种不同外植体试管块茎诱导率影响效果表现为,块茎最高、叶柄次之、叶片最低,且试管块茎分化的初始时间也相应缩短,茉莉酸甲酯能有效促进半夏试管块茎的形成;研究结果可为半夏试管块茎繁殖和生产栽培提供指导。 Pinellia ternata was used as test material,by adding methyl jasmonate(MJ)into MS media with different concentrations,the effect of MJ on inducing the production of tubercles from different explants of Pinellia ternata were studied.The results showed that adding proper concentrations of MJ could promote the differentiation of tubercles evidently and the optimal concentration of MJ was 10^-5 mol·L^-1.Compared the effect of MJ on the production of tubercles from three types of explants,including tuber,petiole and leaf,the tuber had the highest induction efficiency,and the leaf was the lowest.The initial time of tuber differentiation went in advance correspondingly.These results indicated that methyl jasmonate could effectively promote the formation of pinellia tuber.
