摘要
住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后继续教育的必要组成部分,心血管影像又是放射科住院医师规范化培训的重要课程。为了提高规培住院医师心血管影像的教学质量,我们科室心血管影像教学小组对心血管影像教学进行了探索,明确了教学目标,制定了专门的教学计划;利用PACS的优势,采用多元化的教学方法,激发了规培住院医师的学习兴趣,提高了自主学习能力,提高了心血管影像的诊断水平。
Standardization training of residents is an essential part of post- graduation continuously medical education. Cardiovascular imaging is the important course for the radiological residents during standardization training. In order to improve the cardiovascular imaging teaching quality for standardization training residents, our department cardiovascular imaging teaching group carried out exploration, setting clear objectives, formulating the special teaching plans, taking advantage of PACS, and adopting various teaching approach to stimulate the trained residents interest in learning cardiovascular imagingand enhance the initiative learning ability and diagnostic level.
