摘要
目的了解实习护生对基础护理的认知现状及其影响因素,为制定针对性的有效措施,改善实习护生对基础护理的态度,推动基础护理的落实提供参考。方法 2014年7月至2015年6月采用问卷调查法对重庆某三级甲等医院200名护理实习生进行基础护理认知现状调查。结果实习护生对基础护理重要性的认知均分为(4.12±0.47)分,低于其对基础护理认知的总均分(4.19±0.41)分,更低于其对基础护理内容的认知均分(4.29±0.45)分,实习护生对基础护理的重要性认识不足。结论实习护生对基础护理的认知和态度受诸多因素的影响,应针对影响程度较大的因素采取针对性措施,以提高实习护生对基础护理认的知程度,改善其态度,从而推动基础护理的落实。
Objective To learn about the cognition status quo and influence factors towards basic nursing among nursing interns so as to provide a reference for making targeted effective measure to improve the nursing interns' attitude towards basic nursing and promote the implementation of basic nursing. Methods A questionnaire survey was used to investigate 200 nursing students in a grade A class hospital in Chongqing from July 2014 to June 2015. Results The average cognition score of the nurs- ing students' awareness of basic nursing importance was (4.12~0.47) points,which was lower than (4.19~0.41) points of basic nursing cognition, and even lower than (4.29~0.45) points of basic nursing content, indicating that the nursing interns had lack of cognition on basic nursing importance. Conclusions The practical nursing students" cognition and attitude to the basic nursing are affected by many factors. The targeted measures aiming at the factors with larger influencing degree should be adopted to increase the cognition degree of nursing interns on basic nursing, improve their altitude, thus promote the implementation of basic nursing.
