摘要
对德国职业教育的主体、特点、职业教育和能力培养进行了梳理;通过教育体系、制度和培养目标、企业在职业教育中的角色、学生兴趣在职业教育中的体现、学生对国民义务的认知等方面分析了中德国职业教育的差异;基于德国职业教育的经验,分析其对我国高职教育发展的启示。
In this paper, the subject, characteristics, vocational education and ability training of German vocational education are expounded. Then this paper puts forward education system, and the system of training objectives, the role of enterprises in the occupation education, occupation education students interest in the embodiment of students of compulsory cognition and other aspects of the German occupation education difference. Finally, based on the experience of German vocational education, its enlightenment to the development of higher vocational education in our country is analyzed.
