摘要
目的探讨应用PDCA循环模式科学的质量管理程序提高住院患者护理巡视率,规范护理巡视的时间及内容,及时发现患者的病情变化,确保患者安全。方法应用PDCA循环模式中的计划、实施、检查、处理4个步骤对导致住院患者护理巡视率低的原因进行分析,找出要因,并根据要因,制定改进措施,并组织实施,检查计划实施的结果,比较应用PDCA前后住院患者的护理巡视率。结果应用PDCA循环模式科学的质量管理程序后半年,住院患者的护理巡视率提高了14.35%,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论运用PDCA循环模式科学的质量管理程序对提高住院患者护理巡视率是行之有效的,确保了患者的安全。
Objective To explore the application of PDCA circulation mode of scientific quality management procedures to increase the rate of inpatient care patrol, to standard the time and contents of nursing rounds, discover the patient＇s condition change in time and ensure patient＇s ecurity. Methods Apply the four steps （plan, do, check, action） of PDCA circulation to analyze the reasons of low rate of nursing rounds, find Out the main reason, and according to the main reason, make the improvement measures, and organize the implementation, inspect the results of plan implementation, compare the rate of inpatient care patrol with the application of PDCA circulation. Results With the application of PDCA circulation, the rate of inpatient care patrol increased by 14.35＇% after half a year, there was difference statistically significant （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Applying PDCA circulation pattern of scientific quality management program is effective to increase the rate of inpatient care patrol, ensure the security of patients.
