摘要
目的:了解本科护生对医院患者安全文化认知的情况,为制定提高患者安全措施提供参考依据。方法采用现场问卷调查的方法,自行设计调查问卷,对145名重庆医科大学2010级全日制四年制护理本科实习生进行问卷调查。结果145名护生的医院患者安全总分为(3.23±0.52)分,问卷的5个维度中得分最高的是小组氛围,得分为(4.00±0.42)分,最低的是压力认知,得分为(2.47士0.74)分;得分条目较低的是工作强度、工作压力和对不良事件的惩罚等。结论临床带教工作应着眼于提高护生自身综合能力,改善人力资源配置,关注潜在的护理隐患,防范并减少护理不良事件,营造医院患者安全文化的氛围,最终达到促进患者安全的目的。
Objective To understand the situation of undergraduate nursing students'cognitive of patient safety culture in hospital,and providereference for taking measures to improve patient safety.Methods Methods field survey,aself-designed questionnaire was distributed to 145 full time four year nursing undergraduate interns of the medical university of chongqing.Results The total scores of patient safety culture ofthe 145 nurse students was 3.23±0.52,the highestscore of 5 factors ofthe questionnaire was group clim ate,the score was 4.00±0.42,The lowest was stress recognition,thescorewas(2.47±0.74);The lower scores were the work intensity,job stress and punishment of adverse events and so on.Conclusion The clinical teaching work should focused on im proving their com prehensive ability of nursing students,im proved the allocation of hum an resources,care of potential danger,prevented and reduced nursing adverse events,created a patientsafety culture atmosphere,to promote the safety of patients.
