摘要
创业教育没有受到重视,课程体系设置不合理,学生创业意识薄弱,创业教育师资力量薄弱等问题严重困扰着高校创业教育的开展。以教育自觉为视角,对待创业教育的这些问题需要创业指导老师以学生发展为终极目标,克服重重困难,充分发挥教师的主观能动性,认清创业教育的发展规律,做好创业教育长期性的打算,通过自身努力持续推动创业教育的进步。具体而言可通过创新教育观念、创建科学的课程体系、加强师资队伍建设、推进校企合作、营造良好的校园创业教育氛围等方式,有效解决大学生创业教育面临的问题,从而进一步提高大学生创业的成功率,以创业来带动大学生的就业工作。
The problems including ignorance of entrepreneurship education, irrational curriculum system setting, students＂ weak awareness of entrepreneurship and weak teaching team hinder the development to university entrepreneurship education. From the view of educational consciousness, to handle those problems, entrepreneurship guidance teachers should regard student development as ultimate aim, overcome difficulties, fully play the role of teacher＇s subjective initiative, make clear the development rules, prepare for the long - term entrepreneurship education and promote sustainable education progress through efforts. By innovating education concept, establishing scientific course system,strengthening teaching team construction,promoting school -enterprise cooperation and building good campus entrepreneurship education atmosphere,we can solve the problems faced in university student entrepreneurship education so as to improve the success rate of university student entrepreneurship and advance university student＇s employment through entrepreneurship.
