受中国传统文化的影响,腧穴的命名意义深刻,其中大量的腧穴名采用取象比类法,喻指了所处位置、功效、主治等多重信息,这种方法是一种隐喻思维,是由一个已知的事物或概念去认识和理解另一个相对陌生的事物或概念的方法,依据的是二者之间的相似性。可见隐喻视角下的腧穴名英译研究对研究腧穴名的英译尤为重要,该文的目的是在隐喻视角下探讨腧穴名翻译的原则,以用于指导腧穴名的翻译。
The significance of acupuncture points names are deep due to the influence of Chinese traditional culture, a large number of acupuncture points names adopt the qu xiang bi lei method, signifying the information of position, efficiency and attending, and this method is a metaphorical thinking, and It is a method of knowing and understanding a relatively unknown thing or concept from a known thing or concept according to the similarity between the two, therefore, the research of principles for C-E translation of acupuncture points name in the Perspective of Metaphor is vital to researching the C-E translation of acupuncture points name, the purpose of the paper is to discuss the principles for translation of acupuncture points names in the Perspective of Metaphor for guiding the translation of acupuncture points names.
