摘要
目的探讨去污区流程再造对重复使用诊疗器械的清洁质量的影响。方法随机选择2016年1—6月该院实施去污区流程再造后的10 200件器械作为研究组,选择2015年1—6月去污区流程再造前的10 100件器械作为对照组。对比两组器械在5倍放大镜与目测情况下的清洗合格率。结果研究组器械5倍放大镜法合格率为99.56%,目测法为99.85%,均高于对照组的99.01%、99.26%,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论去污区流程再造可以有效提高重复使用的诊疗器械的清洁效果,保证消毒供应中心的工作效率与医院医疗服务质量。
Objective To study the effect of decontamination area process reengineering on the cleaning quality of repeated use medical instruments. Methods 10200 pieces of instruments after the decontamination area process reengineering in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2016 were randomly selected as the research group, and 10100 pieces of instruments before the decontamination area process reengineering in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015 were randomly selected as the control group, and the cleaning qualified rate of the two groups was compared under the circumstance of 5 times magnifier glass and visual condition. Results The qualified rates of 5 times magnifier glass and visual method in the research group were higher than those in the control group(99.56%, 99.85% vs 99.01%, 99.26%), and the differences had statistical significance by comparison(P〈0.05). Conclusion The decontamination area process reengineering can effectively improve the clean effect of repeated use medical instruments and ensure the working efficacy in the central sterile supply department and hospital medical service quality.
