摘要
目的:探讨消毒供应流程优化对消毒供应室护理管理质量及器械处理状况的影响。方法:选取2019年5月-2020年4月于消毒供应中心实施急诊消毒灭菌的医疗器械150件,作为观察对象;选取2019年5月-2020年4月消毒供应室在岗的10名工作人员,作为研究对象。2019年5-10月消毒供应室实施常规消毒供应流程(对照组);2019年11月-2020年4月消毒供应室实施消毒供应优化流程(研究组)。比较两组护理管理质量、器械灭菌消毒质量及医护人员满意度。结果:研究组消毒灭菌质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理管理质量各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组医护人员对消毒供应室工作的满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消毒供应流程优化可改善消毒供应室的护理管理质量,提高器械灭菌消毒质量,并可提高医护人员对消毒供应室工作的满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of optimization of sterilization and supply process on nursing management quality and equipment treatment in sterilization and supply room.Methods:From May 2019 to April 2020,150 medical instruments devices which were disinfected and sterilized in sterilization and supply center were selected as the observation objects.From May 2019 to April 2020,10 staffs in the sterilization and supply room were selected as the research objects.From May to October 2019,the disinfection and supply room implemented the routine sterilization and supply process(control group).From November 2019 to April 2020,the sterilization and supply room implemented the sterilization and supply optimization process(study group).The quality of nursing management,sterilization and satisfaction of medical staff were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of sterilization quality in study group were significantly higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing management quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the medical staffs in the study group on the work of the disinfection and supply room was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimization of the sterilization and supply process can improve the quality of nursing management in the sterilization and supply room,improve the quality of sterilization of instruments,and increase the satisfaction of medical staffs with the work of the sterilization and supply room.
