摘要
大力培养创新型人才,提高科学研究能力,是推进科技转化为现实生产力的基本前提。作为创新型人才的重要培养机构,高等院校为经济、社会等各领域的发展输送了大量的专业人员。但是,无论从数量还是从质量,我国创新人才都难以适应"经济、社会进入新常态"这一客观现实,并且逐渐成为协同创新的瓶颈性问题。
The preconditions of turning technology into actual productivity are to greatly develop innovative per- sonnel and to improve the capability of scientific study. As an important part of training innovative personnel, higher education institutions introduce numerous professionals each year to all the aspects of economic and social develop- ment. However, in terms of quality or quantity, Chinese innovative personnel still have difficulty in adapting them- selves to "the New Normat" in economics and the society. This objective reality is gradually becoming a bottleneck problem in collaborative innovation.
