摘要
针对国内工学研究生培养中存在的工程素养和创新能力不足的现状,可采用强化公共基础平台、学科专业平台和产学研基地建设,并将三者有机链接,构建一个立体交叉式工程实践复合硬件载体,使工程实践能力培养贯穿于研究生教育的全过程,为培养高素质、强能力的创新型工学研究生提供条件保障。
Considering engineering postgraduates' deficiency in engineering quality and ability to innovate, we propose that much emphasis should be laid on the construction of public basic platforms, subject platforms and production-education-research bases and that a composite carrier for engineering practice should be estab- lished by combining the above-mentioned three bodies so as to guarantee the production of innovative students by cultivating their engineering practice ability in the whole process of their postgraduate education.
