摘要
志愿服务在我国经过30年的发展,依然存在着认知模糊、参与率低下、管理机制不健全等问题,影响了志愿者的实质参与和服务效果。作为一个全员由志愿者组成的志愿者组织——美好社会咨询社,通过创新服务理念、提升志愿者服务价值等方式,吸引志愿者的投入;以整合社会资源、有效衔接供需等方式,激发志愿者的参与动力;以开展专业培训、运用项目管理规范志愿行为提升志愿者的能力。本案例呈现出的发自内心、基于兴趣、增进能力、传播友爱、服务社会的集引力、动力、能力为一体的志愿共同体特征,为志愿者组织在服务模式选择和管理机制建设等方面提供了参考。
Voluntary services have existed in China for 30 years, but some people still have a vague understanding of and low participation in such services of which the management mechanism is yet to be improved. It affects the actual participation and service effect of the volunteers. A Better Commu- nity （ABC） , an organization of volunteers only, attracts volunteers through innovating on the service notion and elevating the voluntary service value, gives the volunteers incentive through integrating social resources and aligning supply to demand, and improves the volunteers＇ capability through carrying out professional training and regulating the technical support for voluntary serv- ices via project management. This case presents the volunteering community＇s characteristics -- an integration of motive, incentive and capability -- which is sprung from one＇s heart and built on one＇s interest, enhances one＇s ability, spreads love and serves the society. It sheds light on service mode option and management mechanism construction of voluntary organizations.
