摘要
"生态红线"作为我国实现生态文明和绿色发展的一项重大举措,在"法治中国"背景下,其有效实施需要着力运用法治思维和法治方式加以推进。文章分析我国"生态红线"制度实施所面临的政策和法制环境、存在的机遇和瓶颈,从立法、执法、司法、责任追究等四个层面探讨提升"生态红线"制度法治化程度的具体路径。
