摘要
为加强生态环境保护,中国提出了在主要生态功能区、生态环境敏感区和脆弱区划定生态红线的重要战略任务。生态红线体系是近年来我国提出的一项生态环境保护创新制度。文章综述了目前我国制定的红线体系,分析了制定红线存在的问题和难点,并对生态红线体系建设进行了展望,为进一步推动我国生态红线体系制度建设提供参考。
China put forward redlines paradigm in ecological functional area, ecological sensitive area and ecological vulnerable area in order to strength the protection of environment. The redline paradigm is an innovation in environmental management of central government. The paper reviewed the construction and evolution of the redline in recent years. We further analyzed the problems and difficulties during formulating the redlines, and made a perspective of the redline paradigm in order to provide the references for the future research.
