摘要
为探明‘辣椒杏’生长发育过程中果实外观形态与组织结构的变化,掌握不同杏品种果实发育的差异。以‘辣椒杏’为研究对象,以‘旦杏’、‘库买提’、‘克孜朗’作为对照品种,通过对果实和种子纵横径的测量,以及对其组织结构的观察和测量,分析不同杏品种生长发育过程中外观形态与组织结构的变化及差异。结果表明,‘辣椒杏’、‘旦杏’、‘库买提’、‘克孜朗’4个杏品种的生长曲线及中果皮细胞直径增长曲线均呈典型的双"S"型,4个杏品种果形各异,花后第2周至第3周是决定果形的关键时期。杏果实的大小主要受中果皮细胞层数的影响,中果皮细胞层数越多果实越大;中果皮细胞层数与细胞直径共同影响果形指数;果实的形状与种子的形状相似,果形指数与种子的纵横比密切相关;果实形状的偏斜与中果皮和种子的不对称生长有关;中果皮细胞出现增大伸长的部位不同果形明显不同。‘辣椒杏’果实形状在品种内有明显差异,对照品种内果实形状无明显差异,‘辣椒杏’可分为3种果形,果实形状"辣椒"形状越明显,细胞长直径越大,短直径越小,中果皮细胞层数越少。
In order to study the changes of fruit appearance shape and histological structure during Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Lajiaoxing'growth period and master the differences of fruit development in different apricot varieties.In order to analyze the changes and differences of appearance and histological structure of different apricot varieties during their growth and development,Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Lajiaoxing'was used as the research object,Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Danxing',Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Kumaiti',Armeniaca vulgaris‘Kezilang'were used as control varieties,the longitudinal and traverse diameter of fruit and seeds were measured,and the histological structure was observed and measured.The results showed that:the growth curve of fruit diameter and cell diameter of the mesocarp in the four apricot cultivars were the typical double"S"type,the four apricot cultivars had different shapes.The period from the second to the third week after full bloom was the key period to determine the fruit shape.The shape was mainly related to the following factors:the size of the fruit was mainly affected by the layer of mesocarp,the more the mesocarp layer,the bigger the fruit,the number of mesocarp layers and cell diameter affected the fruit shape index,the shape of the fruit was similar to that of the seed,and the fruit shape index was closely related to the aspect ratio of the seed,the skew of the fruit shape was related to the asymmetric growth of the fruit mesocarp and the seed,the parts of mesocarp cell elongation was different,the fruit shape was significantly different.There were significant differences in the shape of Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Lajiaoxing',and no significant difference in the shape of fruit in the control varieties.Armeniaca vulgaris ‘Lajiaoxing'could be divided into three kinds of fruit shape.The more obvious the"pepper"shape,the longer the diameter was,and the shorter the diameter,the less number of cell layers in the mesocarp was.
