摘要
胃痞的临床表现看似简单,但其病理性质往往纷繁复杂,虚实相兼,寒热错杂,气血同病每每出现,使得本病反复发作,缠绵难愈。因此谢晶日教授认为,脾胃虚弱是胃痞发生的病理基础,而辨明虚实、寒热、气血对于此病的辨证施治尤为重要。谢教授治病求本,明辨病因病机,治疗上擅用对药,巧用健脾疏肝和胃法,同时注重情志饮食生活的综合调护。现将谢晶日教授治疗胃痞经验进行总结,以飨同道。
Discuss Professor XIE Jing-ri＇s clinical experience for treating Weipi. The clinical manifestations of Weipi seem simple,but its pathological nature is often complex. The deficiency and excess coexiting,cold and heat mixing and Qi and blood sickening often occur,making the disease easy to relapse and hard to be cured.Professor XIE believes spleen and stomach deficiency is the pathological basis that Weipi happens,and identifing deficiency and excess,cold and heat,Qi and blood is particularly important for dialectical treatment for the disease. Professor XIE seeks the basis of the treatment,identifies etiology and pathogenesis,tends to use a pair of drugs for the treatment,uses the therapy of tonifying spleen,soothing liver and harmonizing stomach and focuses on the comprehensive regulation of emotion,diet and life. The paper summarizes the professor XIE Jing-ri＇s experience of treating Weipi for the fellows.
