摘要
钴基合金镀层具有电阻率较高,高频损耗较小,生产工艺简单的优点,已广泛应用于电脑硬盘及其他磁记录器件。化学镀钻层的最大特点是具有很强的磁性,且在不同的钴层厚度和不同镀覆条件下均无多大变化。镀层中磷含量对镀层具有很大的影响。在钴基非晶合金中,适当的Si和B相对含量可以有效提高非晶形成能力并且改善非晶合金的磁学性能。
Cobalt based alloy coating has the advantages of high resistivity, low high frequency loss, simple production process, etc., which has been widely used in computer hard disk and other magnetic recording devices. The most characteristic of cobalt based coatings prepared by electroless plating is that it has strong magnetic properties, and will not change much in different thickness and different preparation conditions. The phosphorus content in the cobalt-based coating has a great influence on the magnetic properties. In cobalt based amorphous alloys, the relative content of appropriate of silicon and boron can effectively improve the amorphous formation ability, and to improve the magnetic properties of amorphous alloys.
