摘要
随机对照试验被认为是临床研究的金标准,而高质量的随机对照试验均采用盲法,在针灸临床研究中通常采用安慰针灸的形式来实现盲法。如何实施一个有效合理的针灸安慰对照方法来验证针灸的治疗作用是针灸临床研究中一直存在的问题和挑战。针对目前临床研究中针灸安慰对照的研究现状及存在问题做一探讨,为今后的针灸临床研究提供依据和思路。
Randomized controlled trials（ RCTs） are generally considered as the gold standard in clinical trials and blind methods adopted in most of the high-quality RCTs. How to conduct an effective and reasonable placebo-control method to verify the specific effect of acupuncture and moxibustion has been existing problems and challenges in clinical trials. Based on the current situation,the existing problems of placebo acupuncture and moxibustion in clinical trials provide the basis and thinking for the future clinical research of acupuncture and moxibustion.
