摘要
为了提高某车型副车架性能和缩短开发周期,利用三维设计软件CATIA建立副车架3D几何模型,基于有限元和模态分析的基本理论,利用HyperWorks软件建立副车架有限元模型,分析了副车架的静强度和前6阶固有频率及振型,分析结果满足设计要求,为副车架的可靠性及优化设计提供了理论支撑,同时也为副车架的动态响应提供了重要的模态参数。
In order to improve the performance of a vehicle subframe and shorten the development cycle, using three- dimensional design software CATIA to build 3D subframe geometric model, the finite element model of subframe is established using HyperWorks software based on the basic theory of finite element analysis and modal, this paper analyzes the subframe static strength and the first 6 orders natural frequency and vibration mode. The results meet the design requirements, providing theoretical support for the reliability and optimization design for the subframe, at the same time also providing important modal parameters for the dynamic subframe response.
