摘要
基于Hypermesh建立了某电动汽车的副车架有限元模型。进行了试验模态分析,通过试验与仿真结果的对比验证了有限元模型的正确性。研究了副车架装上电机与主减速器之后的模态,进行了副车架关键部件的强度分析。结果表明:该电动车辆副车架的设计满足使用要求。
By applying the Hypermesh software, the FEA model of electric vehicle subframe was es- tablished. We carried out the modal test and compared the results of the test and simulation to verify the correctness of the FEA model. The modal tarder and the strength analysis of the critical design of the subframe can meet the operating test of the subframe was added with the motor and re- components was conducted. The result shows that the requirement.
