摘要
目的调查医务人员幸福指数现状及影响因素,为提高幸福指数提出对策建议。方法以首都医科大学附属北京地坛医院为例,整群抽取2013年-2015年共计852名医务人员进行问卷调查。采用描述性统计分析和多元回归分析方法深入了解医务人员幸福指数影响因素。结果当前,医务人员幸福指数处于中等水平,对医务人员幸福指数影响较大的因素主要是薪酬福利、工作负担/压力和工作环境,应从提升薪酬福利、减轻工作压力、加强人文关怀与心理疏导等方面提高医务人员幸福指数。
ObjectiveTo investigate happiness index of medical personnel and its influencing factors, and provide countermeasures for improving happiness index. MethodsTaking Beijing Ditan Hospital of Capital Medical University as an example, a questionnaire survey was performed among 852 medical staff through cluster sampling method. The descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors on happiness index of medical personnel.ResultsThe current happiness index of medical personnel was in the medium level and the major influencing factors included salary and benefits, work pressure, and work environment. Measures should be taken to improve the happiness index of medical staff from aspects of promotion of salary and benefits, reducing stress, strengthening humanistic care and psychological counseling, etc.
