摘要
为解决传统电动汽车充电站在电网发生故障时无法为电动汽车充电的问题,黑龙江省电力科学研究院进行了风光储式电动汽车充电站的建设和理论及实验研究。风光储式电动汽车充电站由风力发电系统、光伏发电系统、蓄电池储能系统,电动汽车充电站和站用负荷组成,该种充电站可工作在孤网和并网2种状态。并网状态下,充电站各组成部分与交流电网存在着能量流动,共有11种运行模式;孤网状态下,充电站各组成部分共有7种运行模式。这18种运行模式主要根据充电站的工作状态、风力强度、光照强度、充电站及站用负荷大小、蓄电池的能量存储情况而进行。研究结果表明该种充电站可实现并网和孤网2种模式下为电动汽车充电。
In order to solve the problem that the traditional electric vehicle charging station cannot charge the electric vehicle when the power grid fails,Heilongjiang Electric Power Research Institute carried out the construction and theoretical and experimental research of the electric storage and charging station. The wind/PV/battery energy storage electric vehicle charging station includes wind power generation system,solar power generation system,battery energy storage system,electric vehicle charging station and its load. The kind of charging station works in two states,which are off-grid state and grid-connected state. In grid-connected state,there are energy flows in the components of the charging station and the AC power grid,and there are 11 kinds of operating modes. In off-grid state,there are 7 kinds of operating modes. The 18 kinds of operating modes are mainly based on the work status of the charging station,wind intensity,illumination intensity,load demand of charging,and the battery energy storage situation. The results show that the charging station can operate both in grid-connected state and off-grid state.
