摘要 目前电力公司、政府相关充换电设施与管理系统陆续建设实施,为了方便用户通过互联网便捷地办理电动汽车业务、查询电动汽车核心业务信息、进行充电预约以及路线规划,设计了电动汽车智能服务平台。该平台是面向公众的服务系统,采用B/S架构,可以通过互联网访问,电力内网数据作为该平台的一个重要数据来源,为电动汽车运营的进一步实用化进行探索,可增强用户对电动汽车的认同,也可为政府相关决策提供基础数据支撑。 Based on the facilities and management systems built by the State Grid Corporation and our governnlent, this paper designs an intelligent service platfoml for electric vehicles in order to help lntemet users to deal with related businesses easily through lnternet, such as core businesses' information query, charging services reservation and path planning. The designed service platform uses the B/S based architecture, and takes the data of power inner network as an important data source. The platform will be helpful to explore the practicality of electric vehicle operations deeply, to enhance the agreement of users on electric vehicles, and to provide basic data supports i'br government's decision making.
