摘要 进行涂层硬质合金刀具铣削高强度钛合金TB6试验,通过回归分析建立切削力和表面粗糙度的经验模型,研究切削速度、每齿进给量和切削深度等工艺参数对切削力和表面粗糙度的影响规律。研究表明,轴向切深对切削力的影响最大;工艺参数对加工表面粗糙度的影响程度依次为每齿进给量、轴向切深、切削速度和径向切深,切削速度和径向切深之间存在着显著的交互作用。 High - strength dry cutting TB6 test were conducted with coated carbide tools. The empirical formula of cutting force and surface roughness is established though the regression analysis, and the cutting speed, the feed per tooth, cutting depth and other parameters' affect on the law of cutting force and surface roughness is studied. The research shows that the influence of the axial cutting depth have the highest effect; the influencing factors effect on the surface roughness can be sequenced in the order of the feed per tooth, axial cutting depth, cutting speed and radial cutting depth, great significant interaction has been existed between cutting speed and radial cutting depth.
