摘要
整合教育资源、实现教育资源优化是教育改革背景下推动高校转型、深化高等教育综合改革、优化高等教育结构的必由之路,如何实现教育资源优化配置,形成优势学科的人才集聚,促使高校发展符合时代发展要求,是高校转型的宏观命题。只有紧紧把握时代脉搏社会主题,促进教育资源优化方案与社会发展协调,立足教育与社会发展需求,保障教育资源配置满足社会发展需求,才能实现高校转型契合时代发展要求。
The integration of educational resources and optimization of education resources are the only way to promote transforma- tion of higher education, deepen its comprehensive reform and optimize its structure under the background of education reform. It is a macro proposition for college transformation how to optimize education resource allocation, to form talent pool of dominant subjects and promote development of colleges and universities in line with requirements of the times. The transformation of colleges and universities can meet the need of the era only by keeping pace with the era, promoting coordination between education resources optimization program and social development, enhancing the need of education and the development of society, and ensuring education resource allocation to meet the needs of development of society.
