摘要
对冲压件逆向优化设计过程进行了研究,在分析基于精度控制的钣金件逆向重建模型与优化设计评价阶段﹑结构力学性能模拟分析评价阶段﹑冲压加工过程中的工艺性能仿真分析评价阶段﹑冲压模具工艺零件型面分析评价阶段的基础上,提出了一种基于逆向工程的冲压件优化设计方法。以某冲压件为例,应用IMAGEWARE软件进行钣金逆向造型评价,使用ANSYS软件进行结构力学性能评价,采用DYNAFORM软件进行了冲压工艺性能评价,利用PRO/E软件进行冲压模具零件评价,实现了对其逆向优化设计的过程控制。
The process of reverse optimization design for stamping parts is studied. On the basis of the analysis including four stages, which in turn are the reverse modeling and optimal design evaluation stage of the sheet metal part based on precision control, and the simulation analysis and evaluation stage of the structural mechanics performance, and the simulation assessment stage of the stamping process performance, and the surface analysis evaluation stage of the stamping die process parts, then the method of optimization design of the stamping parts based on reverse engineering is proposed. Taking a stamping part as an example, the reverse modeling of the sheet metal based on IMAGEWARE software, and the structural mechanical performance based on ANSYS software, and the stamping process performance based on DYNAFORM software, are evaluated successively. Based on PRO/E software, parts evaluation of the stamping die is done. The process control of the optimization design for the stamping part based on reverse engineering is realized.
