摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径在双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者中的临床应用价值。方法随机选取2015年1月~2016年6月我院收治的139例双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,对照组69例给予常规护理,研究组70例在常规护理的基础上实施临床护理路径进行护理。比较两组患者护理前后HAMD评分、NGASR评分及疾病知识掌握率、住院天数。结果两组患者HAMD评分、NGASR评分出院时均下降,且研究组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组疾病知识掌握率(97.14%)高于对照组(84.06%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对双相情感障碍抑郁发作患者实施临床护理路径进行护理,可显著改善患者心理状态,提高疾病知识掌握率。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of clinical nursing pathways in the patients with bipolar disorder complicated with depressive episode. Methods A total of 139 patients with bipolar disorder complicated with depressive episode who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2016 were randomly selected as research subjects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the study group. 69 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care, and 70 cases in the study group were given clinical nursing care pathway on the basis of routine nursing care. The HAMD score, NGASR score, disease knowledge master rate and length of stay were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing. Results HAMD score and NGASR score were both decreased upon discharge in both groups, and the study group was lower than the control group, the differences were significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The disease knowledge master rate （97.14%） in the study group was higher than that in the control group（84.06%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical nursing pathways for the patients with bipolar disorder complicated with depressive episode can significantly improve the psychological status of patients and improve the knowledge master rate of disease.
