摘要
基因芯片是一种新型发展的高级技术,引用基因芯片能够对很多遗传信息进行高速和高质量的检测,基因芯片的特点是具有高通量和并行检测.传统检测模式会遇到很多难题,但是基因芯片的应用很好地解决了这些问题,基因芯片的应用范围非常广泛,在基因表达分析、核酸多态性分析、基因测序等生物学领域发挥巨大的作用.
Gene chip is a new kind of advanced technology,which can be used to detect the genetic information with high speed and high quality. Gene chip is characterized by high throughput and parallel detection,the traditional detection mode will encounter many problems,but the application of gene chip is a good solution to these problems. The application of gene chip is very wide. It plays an important role in gene expression analysis,nucleic acid polymorphism analysis and gene sequencing.
