摘要
通过对大学生进行学习焦虑与应对方式关系的调查问卷,并对相关数据进行t检验和相关分析旨在探索不同的应对方式对学习焦虑的影响,为全面提高大学生心理素质和心理健康水平提供具有指导性的教育促进措施。
This paper investigated the learning anxiety and countermeasures of university students through questionnaires.By conducting the t-test and making the correlation analysis,this paper aimed at probing into the influence of different countermeasures on learning anxiety so as to provide strategies for improving the overall psychological quality of university students.
