摘要
本文首先讨论了当前行政管理体制和服务型政府内在要求的矛盾,并仔细分析了如何改革行政管理体制,难点在哪里,又该如何切入,最后提出了深化行政管理体制改革的目标,应该做好的几个方面的工作。
This article first discussed the current administration system and the service government intrinsic request contradiction, and how analyzed carefully to reform the administration system, the difficulty in where, also how should cut into, finally proposed the deepening reform of administrative systems's goal, should complete several aspect work.
