摘要
辽宁沿海经济带是中国最具发展潜力的经济区域之一,沿海六城市产业、生产要素、交通基础设施、旅游资源具有互补性,区域之间通达性强,具备一体化合作发展的基础,但在辽宁沿海经济带建设过程中,还存在着体制性障碍与地方保护主义、产业同构竞争和利益博弈等制约沿海经济带发展的因素。本文分析辽宁沿海经济带合作基础和存在问题,在此基础上提出沿海经济一体化发展的对策和建议。
The Liaoning coastal economic belt is one of the most potential regions in China, and there six are cities complemented in industry, factors of production, transport infrastructure and tourism resources, and they have strong accessibility. Liaoning coastal economic belt has possessed integrated development base, but there are constraints in the process of coastal economic belt development, such as institutional barriers and local pro- tectionism, the Competition in the Industry Structure and Interests Game. The paper analyzes the basis for cooperation and some problems in Liaoning coastal economic belt , then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
