摘要
随着经济发展和改革的深化,城乡差距也日益增大,城乡二元结构矛盾突出。自十五大以来,我国连续出台惠农政策,以提高农民收入,缩小城乡差距。为打破城乡二元结构费尽心思。本文以农村女性剩余劳动力转移这一特殊视角分析了在二元结构下女性劳动力转移所面临的问题和解决的对策,为突破城乡二元结构提供了一条新思路。
