摘要
随着我国政治、经济、文化的进步,以及信息科学技术的发展,现代城市建筑也呈现出了欣欣向荣的趋势,同时也带来了越来越复杂的地下管网的布设,在一定程度上增加了城市地下综合管廊结构的施工和设计难度。针对这些问题,城市地下综合管廊的建设,可以解决市政"拉链路"的难题,因此,从城市地下综合管廊的定义入手,对综合管廊的结构等方面进行总结,并阐述建设城市地下综合管廊的必要性,认为应逐渐形成多元化的和收费机制相协调的融资格局,还需要尽快地完善法律法规,共同促进城市的可持续发展。
With the progress of China＇s political economy and culture, and the development of information science and technology, the modern city construction also revealed a booming trend, but it has brought more and more complex underground pipe network layout, in a certain extent, increased the difficulty of the construction and design of urban underground pipe gallery structure. Aiming at problems mentioned above, the construction of urban underground pipe gallery, municipal ＂link＂ problem can be solve, so from the definition of urban underground pipe gallery, the comprehensive utility tunnel structure are summarized, and the necessity of the construction of urban underground pipe has expounded, thought should have diversified financing pattern and it should coordinated with charging mechanism,also need to perfect the laws and regulations as soon as possible, promote the sustainable development of the city.
