摘要
"三网融合"是社会发展的趋势,使网络服务的范围更广泛,挤压了图书馆的生存空间,使图书馆丧失了更多的传统用户,给图书馆信息资源、硬件、人力资源带来了挑战。但是图书馆也可以抓住机遇,通过在图书馆联盟的基础之上开展社会服务,资源整合,争取更多的法律支持,扩大数据库的服务范围等方式,借助手机、电视、网络平台向社会提供优质服务。
The Convergence of three networks is the trend of social development, which improves the service range, squeezes the living space of the library, makes the library lose more traditional users and brings challenges to library on information resources, hardware, human resources. But the library also can seize the opportunity to provide quality services to the community through mobile phones, TV, network platform on the basis of the library alliance, resource integration, legal support and expanding the service scope of the da- tabase. 9 refs.
