管理研究二重困境的前提批判及其出路探析——再议“中国情境”的价值 被引量:2

A Prerequisite Critique on the Dual-dilemma Situation in Management Research and Its Explorative Solution—A Further Discussion about the Value of “Chinese Context”

摘要 当前管理研究存在一种二重困境:重大理论创新的步伐放缓,理论与实践间沟深壑宽。基于批判哲学观,通过对管理研究的思维起点、逻辑过程、研究目的等3个研究前提的批判性分析,推导出此二重困境必然存在。进而,突破这3个研究前提成为破解此困境的一种选择。在理论合理性上,该做法完全统一于康德的认识论:借助人的知性发展管理理论、依赖人的感性指导管理实践、利用人的理性范导管理理论的未来发展以消弭此困境。故此,凸显中国情境在管理研究前提中的意义是突破此二重困境的合理选择,具有认识论与方法论价值。 Management research is now in a situation of dual-dilemma,that is,significant theoretical development is slowing down and a big gap exists between management theories and management practices. Based on critique philosophy,it is derived from the three prerequisites of management research, which are starting point of thinking, logical process and research purpose, that the dualdilemma must be existing. Therefore,breaking through these three prerequisites becomes a way of solving this dual-dilemma problem. This way of solving in this research is theoretically reasonable in that it is absolutely unified in the framework of Kant's epistemology,while developing management theories with understanding,guiding management practices with sensibility,and orientating future development direction of management theories with reason. Therefore,highlighting the significance of Chinese context in the prerequisite of management research is a proper way in breaking through the dual-dilemma.
