摘要
在充分理解和融合西方优秀管理学理论及相关学科观点的基础上,立足于中国转型经济现实,以科学问题为研究导向,进行嵌入式和情境化研究是解决问题的有效之道和未来中国管理学发展的方向。
The efficient way to solve the problem is to develop embedded and grounded researches based on transition reality, which is oriented by scientific questions and on the condition of fully understanding western management theories and absorbing other perspectives from related disciplinary.
