摘要
建立一种无创、可靠、准确的胚胎优选方案,进行选择性单胚胎移植,是改善辅助生殖结局的重要手段。低分子量代谢物是卵母细胞和胚胎发育中各种生理调节过程的最终产物,提示可以通过测量卵泡液或胚胎培养液中的代谢产物来评估卵子和胚胎的发育质量,进行胚胎优选。目前代谢组学技术在胚胎优选中已有一些应用,但整体仍处于起步阶段。本文将对代谢组学技术在胚胎优选中的应用进行综述。(中华检验医学杂志,2017, 40:152-154)
To establish a noninvasive, reliable and accurate embryo selection strategy for the selective single embryo transfer, is an important approach to improve the outcome of assisted reproductive. Low molecular weight metabolites are the final product of various physiological regulation progress during oocyte maturation and embryo development, which would be the indicators of the quality of ooeyte and embryo. Metabolomics in the filed of embryo assessment has made some progress, but is still in its infancy. The application of metabolomics in the embryo assessment will be reviewed in this paper.
