摘要
对电力机车防空转控制方法进行深入研究,提出了在轴重转移下的机车防空转控制方法。通过使用机械多体动力学仿真软件ADAMS对机车、轨面进行建模,并完成仿真平台的搭建;针对机车恶劣的运行环境,提出在试验中将轨面设置成变化的以更好地接近实际;在虚拟样机仿真平台下,进行机车仿真试验。采用2种方案比较机车轴重转移的影响,仿真得出在机车发生空转时,考虑机车轴重对转移的影响,机车防空转控制方法更加高效。
With deep studying, the anti-slip control method of the locomotive under axle load transfer was put forward. The locomotive and the rail surface model were established with ADAMS(automatic dynamic analysis of mechanical systems), and the simulation platform was built. Aiming at the bad operation environment of the locomotive, in order to better approach the actual operation environment, it was proposed that the rail surface was set to change in the experiment. Based on the simulation platform of virtual prototype, simulation of the locomotive was carried. Two schemes were used to compare the influence of axle load transfer, and with the simulation, it was pointed that considering the impact of axle load transfer, the anti-slip control method would be more efficient.
