摘要
利用动力学仿真软件的二次开发功能,基于模板及参数化技术,针对不同类型自动机、不同典型机构开发火炮自动机动力学通用仿真优化平台,实现了自动机动力学模型的快速建立、载荷和约束的自动加载与修改,仿真过程用户可参与控制,仿真结果直观显示。以转膛自动机为例验证了该高炮动力学仿真平台的通用性和高效建模仿真,结果表明该平台能够有效提高仿真精度和效率。
The dynamic simulation and optimization platform of gun automatic mechanism is established based on the secondary development of dynamics software.For deferent types of automata and agency,the template and parametric technology is used.Through the platform,the model will be quickly created,the loads and constraints will be load and modified automatically,the simulation process will be controlled and the simulation results will be displayed visually.The revolving chamber automatic mechanism is taken the example,and its results are showed the platform has generality for dynamic simulation of the gun automatic mechanism,and the efficiency and currency will be improved through the platform.
