Research advances of epigenetics for Hirschsprung's disease

摘要 表观遗传学的主要内容是研究在不改变DNA序列的前提下调控遗传物质表达的过程及其机制。表观遗传调控过程十分复杂,主要包括DNA甲基化、组蛋白修饰、染色质重塑、非编码RNA(ncRNA)、基因印记等,其中DNA甲基化是最为经典的调控方式之一。近年来表观遗传学在先天性巨结肠发生中的作用研究逐渐起步。本文从表观遗传的三大方面展开,着重介绍甲基化、组蛋白修饰及非编码RNA在先天性巨结肠发生中的研究进展。 Epigenetics plays important roles in the process and mechanism of genetic material expression without alteration in DNA sequence. Epigenetic regulation is so complex as to encompass DNA rnethylation, histone modifieation, ehromatin remodeling, non-coding RNA (ncRNA) and gene imprinting, etc. In recent years, its role in Hirsehsprung's disease (HD) has gained some insights. The focal topics included the three major aspeets of epigenetics for HD, i. e. methylation, histone modification and non-coding RNA.
