摘要
中国现代化的经济社会结构转型中,由于对工业化、城镇化、农业现代化节奏把握不足,演绎出多重结构性问题,所有结构问题的核心在于不同层面的价值实现与效率实现。劳动的价值实现程度反映在劳动价格平衡化和劳资博弈过程。文章从结构、效率和价值三个层面分析我国结构转型中劳动配置平衡化的物价效应,发现价格调整是技术逻辑下的价值平衡突破和市场逻辑下的价值平衡化过程,劳动价值平衡取决于劳动配置的再平衡,因两部类生产的技术效率非同步性,劳动配置平衡通过劳动价格上涨影响农业生产方式转变,农业现代化不仅仅是技术效率追求,而是经济社会结构转型的需要,是适应绿色价值取向下的价值重塑与破解劳动低效率配置瓶颈的需要。
Concerning the social economic transformation in the process of China＇s modernization, due to the inadequacy manipulation on the paces of industrialization urbanization and the modernization of agricultural, multi-structural problems has emerged, and the core of all these problems lies in the value realization and efficiency realization on various layers. The realization degree of labor value is reflected in the process of both labor price balancing and the gaming between employees and management. From structure, efficiency, and value, the article analyzed the price effects of labor allocation balancing during the structural transformation of China. It is found that price adjustment is a breakthrough under technological logics and a price balancing process under market logics, and the labor value balancing depends on the rebalancing of labor allocation. It is because there exists the non-synchronization in technological efficiency concerning the production of two categories, and the labor allocation balancing take effects on agricultural production pattern through labor price rising. The agricultural modernization is not only the goal of technological efficiency, but also the demand of social economic transformation. It is also the demand of both value reshape under green value orientation and the bottleneck breakthrough of low efficiency labor allocation.
